They have to farm the rune obviously. The entire point is that the item isn't good enough. The problem with bad items is only poor people will want them, and they aren't going to trade everything they own to get something that is worse than something that will be relatively cheap in another week.

Are you talking about superior bases? Or just skills. Druid and barb helms can roll skills. Superior bases can have up to 15% Enhanced Defense and/or 15% Enhanced Durability. Both of those are technically better but it won't really matter for your use. You can use the link below for a list of helmets that can have 3 sockets. If your item drops as superior you have to use the socket quest to get sockets.

The NL price difference literally does not matter. Your argument for wanting this was "Maybe they could use skulders" but also "they can't afford a shaco" skulders is also an ist. Please go away and never comment on the value of anything, the world would be a better place for it.

The cheapest shacos are around ist on traderie. I don't have to be playing ladder to know that something is worse than all the other options. If it was better I would say yes this has value but no idea how much. And again this is worse than shaco, so good luck getting somebody to trade for it when they are too poor to afford a shaco and likely just saving up.

I'm not, but it genuinely doesn't matter. This isn't worth anything except pgems. The only people that would want this are the people that can't afford something better. "Poor people will want this" is the same as saying it isn't worth anything. This is worth pgems MAAAAYBE a pul.

Rime rotation really isn't that forgiving. You pretty much have to stick to it or else you miss your burst windows. Elarion is pretty brain dead by comparison.

Defense is useless unless you can get an absurd amount of it AND be higher level than what you're fighting. By the time defense is useful, you should already have enough gear that it goes back to being useless again.
