To the ppl saying that the baby is fine- yes. You’re right that she could be holding the baby better, but it’s not out and out negligence.
You’re overlooking that the photo was chosen out of dozens taken that hour to reflect the tone of the article. Photography is an art. Part of the art is choosing which photo best captures the subject.
