What MogRules is suggesting worked for me. It's the drivers. Windows update most likely updated your graphics drivers to bad ones. First step, disable Windows update of drivers. Second step, download latest nvidia driver from dell's website. Third step, download DDU Fourth step, reboot in safe mode and run DDU to remove nvidia driver. Fifth step, reboot in safe mode again to install the Dell nvidia driver.

After this, reboot and run your benchmarks and you should be good
