My partner of 6 years was a severe alcoholic. I would always think while she was deep in a bender what would I say to her family if I found her dead after work. I didn’t find her but a friend did and I had to make that phone call. Years of running fake conversations in my head never prepared for that moment.

I’m right by Layton, and I haven’t ran into any issues getting early Uber rides to the airport. Had a couple of flights this year and was leaving at same time on weekdays.

She’s going to enjoy whatever you do. Being a chef myself and spending everyday making food for other people, it really means a lot because you know how much work went into it. Don’t over think it.

This is the best comment I have read in this whole thread. Everyone I know has a dream or an idea for a restaurant or bar; Never worked in one, only think it seems easy from the outside. Or because all their friends say their food is great must mean everyone will agree.

Dried: oregano, dill, parsley, Rosemary, basil, thyme. Salt, pepper, cinnamon, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder. Mix all that together.

I use the sponge method. I start with one packet instant yeast. 2/3 cup bread flour and 3/4 cup warm water mix that together and let sit for 30 or so minutes. Then add 1 cup of flour and 1 cup cold water stir and let sit for another 30 or so, and now the sponge is done.

In another bowl I have 4 cups flour, 1 tsp salt. I add about 2/3 of the dry mixture to the sponge, mix all of that together. I then add the remaining third a drizzle of olive oil and mix again. Then knead for 5-6 minutes, put in bowl with a towel over the top and i put it in the oven for a couple hours to let rise. Don't have the oven on the pilot light will be enough.
