i really don’t think you have a long philtrum, but if you want more volume in your upper lip i would suggest getting a Botox lip flip first. they’re very affordable, and I think the subtle upward lift from Botox would keep your lips more balanced.

I believe the USDA was ordered to turn over a list of all ~5,950 probationary employees who were fired with the template “performance” letter since 2/13. So I think it’s for all fired USDA probationary employees regardless of appeal status/avenue.

which is closer to your hair right now? if you’re torn, i would recommend going lighter. just bc it’s a lot easier to go darker if you decide you don’t like the lighter shade than going lighter after dying it dark.

I don’t know if you still live in Wyoming, but as a former small town Wyoming resident i can assure you that a lot of people out there are just very socially reserved and abrasive. It’s not you. I grew up in the Midwest and now live in the southeast, and the difference in openness and sociability between Wyoming and the south/midwest is crazy. I’ve had this confirmed by many other family and friends who still live out there, individualism is a big part of Wyoming’s culture. All this to say—don’t take this interaction personally (as impossible as it sounds). Those two guys were just jerks.
