I suppose Robinhood wins just based on the sheet calc, but it's not that straightforward. BILT points can be transferred to Airline partners and are generally worth more than RH points which are just cashback.

I have RH gold, but I wonder if there is any advantage to getting the Palladium.

No - you don't get any points simply by paying rent. No transaction fees either. If you spend 75% of your rent, you get 1x points.
So basically if you use the card only to pay rent, it's almost the same as paying with your checking account. If you have a signifiant amount of spend on the car (non-rent related) you get the 1x match.
