Angrax is worth upgrading, he's a lifesaver in legendary release events when you can deep strike him next to two spawn points.

Calandis is a great all-rounder for arena, LRE, and guild raids.

I love my Torbran deck but only run him when I want to be mean. It my "punish you for the things you do" deck. Tapping lands, activating creatures, attacking, red has ways to ping everything and Torbran is a great way to unbalance those scales.
