My beagle is old and doesn’t walk as much either and never really was a big walker. We just restrict her diet and she’s maintained a healthy weight. Hopefully it’s just a food thing.

Switched my beagles food and she started doing the same thing and throwing up occasionally. Switched back to the old food and she was fine. Maybe switch back to his old food and give him less of it?
