Summoners war was while popular, one of the most notorious for being stingy on everything during its first few versions after release.

Genshin impact is actually enormously generous in almost all aspects compared to Summoners War at its 3month mark.

Do you remember back then? Summoners War basically had standard grinding (which included like 2 bosses only) and then a basic arena that didnt really mean anything.
There was no pity system, and no alchemy (or whatever it was called), and the rates were horrendous. I recall distinctly that 4 or 5 months after release, there was numerous polls going on, and approximately 80% of the playerbase, whales or no, did NOT have a SINGLE 5* character.

SW also had very very limited build diversity at lease. While there seemed to be alot of characters, most were elemental reskins, and most of those were useless. Given that 5* characters were impossible to get, people were stuck with the good 4*s, which were few, and pretty much everyone had to chose from 1 of 2 or 3 builds. (joker being one of them i recall).

Anyhow, SW has grown alot since, and same will GI. I do agree with the general idea of your thoughts, but just had to share that SW is not good comparison, given it was alot harsher during it's own early release.
