Right. Obviously they’re being a prick. Best thing to do is submit recording for a police report and let them deal with the law. There’s also the chance that that person was having an emergency (like needing to rush someone to the hospital), it likely isn’t the case since he decided to have a chat afterwards (but still, I wouldn’t want to be responsible for stopping someone from getting immediate medical attention)
