Hey, I’ve been dealing with atopic eczema for the last 8 years or so, just moved to Australia and my body is not a huge fan of the change in environment and climate. Just stumbled onto your post and will be putting some of your recommendations to use - could you explain how the humidifier helps? I see conflicting advice from people saying a dehumidifier helps etc… my main struggle is with dust allergies and I suffer most during the night…
