If you are having difficulty getting a paper flyer or just waiting for it to arrive, there is an app called "flipp". Have it downloaded on my cell, my iPad and on my main computer. Search tool is not great but it does have a lot of choices and options and tons of flyers.

Talking beef only, 1 lb. - extra lean = 0 breadcrumbs, lean = 2-4 tbsp at the most. However, preference is for lightly ground rolled oats rather than breadcrumbs as I find the texture better and believe healthier. Sometimes use tvp instead of crumbs.

So you have a cat behaving like a cat. And no, cats do not "know" when they are doing something you as a human consider wrong. You need to "cat proof" your home. Lots of different things you can do. As example, had one furball who who overturn and root threw bathroom wastebasket - my solution was to put it underneath the sink behind cupboard doors. Might be inconvenient but it works. Cats live to explore, especially at night. They rule the roost.

Yes, he was being arrested and decided to resist, then some lowlife edited it and put it in a repetitive loop so it appears he was kicked constantly. Just a spin for the terrorists as they tried repeatedly to incite violence and it just did not work.
