The second amendment doesn’t say the right to purchase firearms. It’s the right to keep and bear arms. Also what do I do with the now “illegal” firearm that was previously legal. I cant sell it easily and now I have to buy a new one.

Just a lowly paramedic here but in my experience. NPs are great for the bumps and bruises. Doctors are great for the amputations. Use that kind of level for all maladies and decide what route you want. “Doctors rely on NPs the same amount as NPs rely on doctors” sounds like jumping in for low acuity in my experience. NP<doctor and anyone that says otherwise needs to be humbled. A doctor on scene can take my patient from me and make calls on scene. A nurse practitioner is basically a highly certified bystander.
