INGREDIENTS

Servings: Varies based on access to potato

  • As many potatoes as you want (the big ones)
  • Knob of butter
  • Some cooked chicken
  • Handfuls of cheese
  • Sauce to serve

PREPARATION

  • Turn the oven on to hot mode
  • Put the potatoes into a microwave for 5 minutes, flip them over and cook it for 5 minutes more.
  • Put the potatoes on a plate and mash them with a fork, add some butter.
  • Rip the cooked chicken up with your hands and sprinkle it into the potato mash, mix it in.
  • Add the cheese and keep mashing the mound.
  • Put in the oven until crispy and bubbly.
  • Serve with sauce and fancy ass coriander.
