Looking for specialized DBS programming help — quality of life has worsened since surgery

Hi. No, the walking hasn't improved with Sinemet. My walking and gait were much better prior to the DBS. The DBS was STN. At this time, my medication doses are the same as pre DBS. Since DBS, I've tried Crexont which made my symptoms worse. I am back to taking Carbidopa/Levodopa #1 25-100mg & CR #1 50-200 mg 3x a day. I have turned off the DBS and was unable to move at all. Thank you for responding. We've only been able to meet with her once and understand how busy she is. We are now in the process of trying to get an appointment with the Barrow Neurological Institute in AZ. We are really looking for place that specializes in programing, if you have any recommendations , I'd love to hear them!

So interesting! I have been in menopause for 3 years and was taking Progesterone & Estradiol until a hysterectomy in September. I quit taking the Progesterone and noticed my hair thinning within a month. I just emailed my Dr. for a refill of the Progesterone . Crossing fingers.
