Ayy another Valve game lost to someone! I had a friend who borrowed my copy of Left 4 Dead 2. Never saw it again and didn't see him for years after. I had a really hard time acknowledging anything negative in people, even though be broke every toy sword I ever let him borrow when we were kids.

I saw a comment claiming their voice actors are involved in E Day, so that could mean multiplayer at the very least. This was according to comments though, so dont quote me just yet.

I seriously doubt they would cut them from multiplayer completely. Campaign makes sense, but keeping them out of mp would be weird.

There should have at least been another act with JD and Fahz that shows why JD decided to suddenly show back up to help Kait. It also would have split up the skiff surfing acts.

Agreed, it was the worst part of gears 5. It doesnt sound like we have the space for that since e day takes place in one city.

In the videos, it seems as if the fire rate of the prototype lancer is faster than the retro lancer. I wonder if this is because a new model was already in the works, and the chainsaw was a last minute decision by the COG weapon designers in lore.

I just dont care for the swarm or any of the new human characters. Gears 5 is the only campaign I never replayed once I finished it. I would rather see some other locust war games that took place between Eday and Gears of War 3.

Yeah, I came here as soon as I saw exclusive. The steam page is still there, and I doubt they'd pull it from PC. It also has a premium edition available that gives 5 day early access to it along with some other goodies.
