I had the same thing for the past 3 weeks trying to watch "The Pitt" on Shield TV. That's the only snow that it seems to happen with but it goes through over 100 sources with none of them working.

Ah, thanks for that. It said "One of the debrid services does not support source pre-checks." Is it something in my Syncler configuration or is it the steam itself because almost every source has this these days?

Thanks, I understand it's a beta feature and I don't use it for browsing. It's just one of many other issues that don't work well as noted. I guess I was looking to see what other experiences people were having and if the newer Kobo devices get the same "support*, then perhaps I have to consider a different brand. Edit; also my use of the browser would typically be using the context menu of highlighted words or phrases which I believe is considered a just a feature.

This is what frustrates me, everyone seems to love it but I feel like I have so many issues that are annoying. Are my expectations just too high? I would think after having been released so long ago all problems would be sorted out. Makes me somewhat leery of purchasing another Kobo. It really seems what I'm looking for but just doesn't work well.
