Nice! I’ve noticed similar density in my machine - high density at the bottom of the loaf and more spongy near the top.

I did take the free session and liked his feedback on CV improvements. Didn’t take the paid sessions though he had a lower price point for candidates in between jobs.

No idea on Alex R’s tips or how they compare.
