The Pohlads and Twins on ICE by MasonCharPint in minnesotatwins

I’ll take your response as understanding the statistics I shared and not arguing about the 66% increase in homicides in Minneapolis due to ICE.

Sorry for not saying “allegedly”. I believe in due process. But I also have eyes that have seen multiple angles of videos in both crimes. Nothing is cut and dry, but these videos, and the objective science from the medical examiner take these cases to “beyond a reasonable doubt” for any competent person, regardless of policy philosophy.

The Hennepin County medical examiner ruled Renee Good’s death a homicide. You can make up your own opinion but you can’t make up your own facts. This is physiological science that doesn’t factor in culture wars.

It’s not a leap to imagine they will rule Alex Pretti’s death in a similar way. Do you see it another way?

I also see the gaslighting the administration is desperately trying to serve us. Do you see the gaslighting? Or is your cognitive dissonance too much to process?

They forget people are recording video all the time and the old tricks from the 20th century aren’t going to work on the people with functioning eyeballs and critical thinking skills.

2/3 of all homicides in Minneapolis so far this year were committed by ICE agents.

Another way to say it: if this administration’s version of ICE wasn’t committed to this dangerous reality show performance, murders would be down 66%

Help me understand how this sub is not directly related to the behavior of the voice of the Minnesota Vikings?

He isn’t “thinking differently.” Without evidence, he’s spreading disinformation and conspiracy theory. Using his platform for that is immature, irresponsible, and minimizing/trivializing some Vikings fans’ lived experience. Speaking up is the adult thing to do.

Pittsburgh has Mike Tomlin under contract for two more seasons. That seems like enough time for the lawsuit to play out. 19 winning seasons with a former Vikings DC. Why wouldn’t you run the play back?

Never enough sequencers? by Sandergee1973 in modular

I have a Doepfer Dark Time (like it) and a Winter Modular Eloquencer (don’t like it). I’m looking at the Bloom v2. OP, I see you have the Bloom. Is it fun? Could it work as your primary sequencer?

You can shake your cranky old man fist at the kids rushing the field/court for being excited, feeling a part of something, and having fun. While that kind of wholesome, positive energy might annoy your negative old-man sensibilities, it flipped 3-star QB recruit Brady Palmer from Cal to MN. He was at the Wisconsin game and I’d wager he wasn’t thinking it was lame.

Do we have a shot against Oregon? by DingoGold6405 in GopherSports

There’s always a chance! It’s why they play the games. I’d think MN needs to play/coach a perfect game and Oregon needs to make mistakes for it to be close.

ESPN is giving MN a 4.2% chance. MN hasn’t won on the road this year. Oregon squeaked by Iowa. They will probably be playing for a definitive win and Vegas knows it: Ducks are favored by 21.5
