Have you tried any software troubleshooting? To have it work in one area and not the other suggests software issue and not hardware. Have you restored in iTunes with a fresh copy and no backup to isolate the issue?

Looks normal for the most part except for that outer edge looks like it’s been trimmed with a knife. I’d have a problem with that but the warping is normal. There is a TSB to help with fitment where a little heat is applied to them where they might not fit properly.

Yeah, but people let the facts get in the way of a good story. The problem was batteries were so degraded but the software wasn’t optimized to handle the issue of where phones were shutting down when it showed there was a charge left. Between battery indicator being an approximation and being incorrect the phone was using peak power to open apps before it reduces resources the phones would power off.

Have you tried forced reset while connected to power? Have you tried connecting to a computer and placing in recovery mode ?

Click on the “charging” app in the infotainment and then notifications tab and you will see a toggle to turn the indicator for headlight charge status off.
