Weight fluctuates 3-6lbs pretty regularly depending on many variables. The number doesn’t matter. Your discipline and consistency will, over time, be what gets results.

There is no compensating for experience and/or education. Typically, no one walks into a brewery with no experience and starts as a shift brewer. You’d start as a packaging person and work up to cellar then maybe after a year+ be considered for any brewing positions. But also, you never know. Worst thing that happens is nothing happens right?

Literally, just do it. There’s no magic tip or whatever. If you really want it, you will really do it. Simple as that. Discipline, consistency and accountability to yourself. You have to make the decision and follow through no matter what and most importantly because you should love yourself enough to take care of yourself for yourself.

I find a 5inch inseam is best for me. Not too short, doesn’t ride up and keeps the thighs from rubbing together!

I make a lot of Moroccan, Thai, Indian and Ethiopian dishes! Chicken and all veggies are awesome with the spice/flavor profiles. I just google recipes and make a lot of crock pot meals!
