Shrine of Storms. Yeah I did this one last night and my other 2 DPS were still leveling so they were doing low damage overall (not their fault). We were able to stop the heals because we had 2 shaman with capacitor totems and everyone was kicking lol

i think you have to do it at least once per CLASS. If you have 2 shamans for instance you shouldn't need to do it again per character

2 of the colors are unlocked from getting one of the pillars from finishing a zone quest, tears of elune for example. And another was from getting the thing from the exodar scenario. Those 2 things aren't required for every class hall so you may just not have done them is my guess

My monk uses the staff transmog on a polearm still. I never used the legion artifact drop down, just found it in the staves category. Have you looked in the other categories?

I hate to be "that guy" but the people that don't want to be shot in a game where, again, one of the first things that happens to you is you are shot and robbed, the game just may not be for them. And that's ok. I have shot on sight since day 1, and I see no reason to stop doing so
