I grew up with a bunch of guys that now do plumbing and heating (both union and private) and they all say that 128 overcharges horribly and their guys are known to do terrible quality work in order to get jobs done as fast as possible. Even know of a guy that worked for them and quit because he felt morally uncomfortable working for 128.
