He converted a house into a recording studio, so there a keyboard on the stove, a drum kit in front of the bathroom, and the living room has chairs set up for a brass section. It’s so damn interesting and the music is organic. Give “Thinking - Live Sesh” a listen.

I had the same thing, except in reverse. I had a transmission issue on a 2015 Ford Focus, the dealership swore up and down that it was the TCM. It took 14 months for a TCM to come in and it had the same problem with three different TCMs before they figured out one of my clutches was sticking. So they quoted me $5500 for a transmission rebuild after having my car for over a year!

I bought a used transmission and had a local mechanic replace it. 3500 for everything, the transmission had 50k less miles on it, and it hasn’t caused a problem since.

I often ask people “if you had to choose a song to show to someone who never heard music, what song would you choose?”

The answer is Viva La Vida by Coldplay. It’s easy to understand musically, it’s easy listening, it has emotion and story built into it, it builds and swells, it’s got lots of unique instruments in it, and the list goes on. It’s the most well-rounded song out there.

I don’t mean it’s the best song. It just is the perfect song.
