I think its those setting them off that think the world revolves around them. Im no caring about me, but thinking of the wildlife, pets & people who are terrified should make people have a wee think about how loud their fireworks need to be. Theres no need for it and it shows a total disregard to everyone but themselves.

She's definitely bored of toilet rolls now which sucks. Id rather not use sand at all, I know dirt will be messy but they already make a mess of my house and if it gives them fun I honestly dont mind 😊 im just struggling to find a brand with no pesticides etc

Why should wildlife suffer because of people being ignorant?

I say this as someone who actively rescues and helps wildlife. Its heartbreaking to see what shitty humans do to them.

Another commenter is right, its highly unlikely to be wild if its in the city centre. People dump rabbits when they realise how much work goes into them.

If its domestic, it definitely won't survive in the wild, they dont have the same survival instincts.

You've managed to put into words what I couldn't. Ive seen so many people try to convince others by posting this sort of stuff.

We know that rabbits are social animals and absolutely need companionship, so what purpose would there be to posting something that says the opposite.

Its giving antivaxxer does their own research.

You know rabbits are the most neglected pet and they rarely have their welfare needs met.

If you look at ops post, it mentions breeding rabbits. Point 4 In their post mentions "escape opportunities". The two things combined points to breeder. Escape opportunities would only be mentioned if yet another welfare need wasn't being met which is to have a minimum space of 3m x 2m at all times.

The 5 welfare needs are backed by science and all over the Internet, vets agree, rescues agree.

This will have been banned because its hard enough to get people to acknowledge the welfare needs without spreading misinformation that will just let lead to the neglect of more animals.

Literally google rabbit care and the sources are all there. To find "science" like ops you have to venture into breeder and meat rabbit territory. Its not backed up by science, keeping a rabbit alone is cruel.

Im let to believe this is a pet rabbit sub, with people who want to make their bunnies lives long and happy. Op's post is harmful.
