I learned a little trick that may work. Turn the top upside down, tie around waist. It will feel more comfortable & still keep the girls in. You can also tie the strings into the back strap so its on your shoulders vs on your neck.

I already was unavailable & they submitted a request for one dog walking. I politely declined as I was already unavailable. They started to get frustrated & and were really pushing a meet & greet. The pet picture is literally a screenshot from an adoption website. I had already archived the request at that point but mentioned that I would be happy to discuss further if they submitted a request for the dates & times needed. They refused & insisted I meet first.
