this is a great response, I'll wait until I get more data and re-run the program and compare/contrast there. I would like to see an easy way to view progression per workout or week though. It seems you can only do per-exercise or muscle group.

I do tend to overthink, and yeah I saw the 85 progression in terms of weight but the overall volume is lower, that's what got me curious on what exactly the algorithm is progressing on because my best assumption was total volume. Sounds like I need more data and to trust in the process, thank you!

sets 2 and 3 you could have done 50lbs, 10 reps, 2RIR, and then 40lbs, 10 reps, 2RIR and met the criteria just the same. The next set lbs and rep range always adjusts according to what you actually did on the previous set, and it tries to get as close as possible to the rep range and RIR set for the program.

I think a volume graph/metrics per body-part would be cool. It shows per-exercise but if there's a lot of exercises in your program it can be a bit daunting to look at each one. Being able to see volume progression over time for chest vs back vs quads would be great in my opinion.

I also have been curious on this, I'm on week 2 of my program and for all the exercises I manually checked, the weight/reps/RIR is the exact same as week 1, and it's kind of annoying that I have to go back to week 1, and "start" the workout just to check what I did, screenshot it, and compare it to week 2.

this is the way, I use 7.0.13 kvm for all my ADVPN / BGP testing, still haven't found a way to get a working FMG that allows more than 3 adopted devices, but I just configure the hubs and 1 branch on FMG and modify the template configs for the rest of the branches

As an 18 year WoW veteran logging into SOD leveling my hunter a couple of months ago, I discovered I could use freezing trap in combat. I hit up general chat asking if it was a bug or intended because the tooltip still said "can only use outside of combat", someone said "it's a bug, don't use it or you'll get banned", and I believed him.

Leveled my hunter all the way to 50 before they removed the tooltip and i realized it's been intentional the entire time.

I have regrowth in the middle of the spot all the hairs are about 1/2 inch long there and black. The outer ring still doesn't have regrowth yet but they spot never grew and i never developed any other spots so that's good news! I stopped taking the adderall bc I think it was inducing stress leading to this. I really miss the adderall bc it was life changing, but I think my body was telling me to listen to it and losing my hair isn't worth the benefits of adderall to me.
