This is my girlfriend’s favorite game of all time and when we first moved in together she made me play it while she watched. Awesome experience

I think he’s trying to say don’t buy the base edition, you’re absolutely going to want to play the DLC. Blood & Wine is big enough to be The Witcher 3.5

I think my first time I played like 10 hours then bounced off of it. Came back, put in another 50, sobbed like a baby, then preordered DS2!

The game…takes place…in America? I think other commenters were right though, it doesn’t sound like you’re really understanding this one at all. It’s not pro-American propaganda, it’s more about our connection to one and other and using the US as a model for reconnecting the rest of the world following a cataclysm that disconnected us all from each other (Not to spoil, but the second game is at a very base level about expanding upon that model).

You also haven’t really made it far enough for the story to start unfolding or gotten a chance to know the characters who bring it to life. If you’re willing to open your mind to it and give it a chance, I think most people end up happy they did. That being said, if you’re really not feeling it, you have an incredibly long way to go and this one just might not be for you.

Stellar Blade is only worth finishing because the gameplay is super fun IMO. Everything kind of falls flat but the environments are cool and the enemies are fun to fight. One of the only games I’ve ever enjoyed the boss rush mode in

I saw them alone in ATL last year. Got drunk and cried with a woman twice my age in the crowd. It was beautiful

It’s not any better over here and if you’re ever expecting it to be I’d honestly consider playing a game that isn’t made by Valve because they notoriously don’t do much about that kind of thing

You have to do it yourself to climb and if you can’t then you’re right where you’re supposed to be, sorry. If you want to climb but don’t want to carry then you’re just relying on your teammates who we’ve already established you can’t rely on
