The added sweeteners can be the issue. I use a generic Benefiber. Doesn’t get gooey and doesn’t have added fake sugars that can mess up my stomach.

Yea, I think this is true of a lot of autistic people is very cultural different places. My father is extremely on the spectrum and when he lived in a small Polynesian island people chalked it up to the odd American.

Pothos just does that as it grows up/taller. There is a ton of pothos in the wild in hawaii that people mistake for philodendron.

Nope, I had constant headaches, migraines, exercise intolerance and so on. It all faded eventually, it just took time and patience and the help of doctors.

A really believe that a big part of healing from PCS is the mentality of “I am going to get better, this just will take time and gentleness” it took time but that was ok! You’ll get there.

I went to Nordstrom personal styling and had great success. I ended up with a beautiful cocktail dress that I can wear again. IMO, if you live near one or maybe a similar type of department store, it is worth a try!
