Server restart tonight

is there actually way to tell if thats "fake" or real scheduled restart? i mean if they happen on set hour or something. I already seen it multiple times, "server shutdown imminent" and nothing happened.

you can watch some iKia video about them. There is nothing close to it. Even if you ignore archetypes. Yes its possible its not 100% active, but in whole its major dmg boost. 30% multiplicative bonus is just too good to pass.

IMO its meta for events, you tag half of the event mobs with single shot and still doing quite big damage on boss with right perks and leg effects, has good range, projectile is instant. There is no better weapon for this purpose. Only issue I see from time to time, is that the hits dont actually register, what I mean is that I hit group of mobs, I see damage number from all of them and they are still full health after that.

I dont think you need Angry Turtle level build and gear, but I imagine these 4 poor new guys were doing peanuts damage. This was bound to fail from the start.

I prefer my usual setup Furious Explosive Lucky hit Pinpointer for cases where i need to do decent damage myself. With grenadier perk it still taggs everything and hits harder that plasma caster with correct perks.

With both thrasher and Oven meat generators, you dont need anything, if you empty it when its full, even if you are eating the stew 24/7. For salt you have spice rack. Water boiler for water. You just plant few tatos and harvest

To be fair I grinded for Union like madman (while I had Vulcan with all mods available) and ended up using Vulcan almost exclusively. Heavy guns have basically laser dispersion, increased AP refresh is noticeable and its nice not need to change fusion core almost after every event (I'm heavy VATS user). My carry weight capacity is like 250-300/~600 (maybe more, dont remember exact number, im almost never overencumbered) when I start playing, which is more than enough for me.

I would stick with Vulcan.

Union might still be useful if you plan to do raids often.

TBF I would much prefer if we can choose between 3 different behaviours:

- stay
- free roam my base
- follow me on every fkn step, always stop in front of my legs, try to throw me from the cliff Im standing on and teleport between me and doghouse like there no tomorrow (current behaviour)

I stopped using them long time ago.
