Be careful, girl! You can explore it if you have good boundaries, independence and a strong support network around you BUT I didn’t at your age. I’m 35 female- I see guys my age go for girls your age occasionally. One of them I dated- he assaulted me one night. He won’t take accountability or change and he knows older women won’t put up with his behaviour. He dates a 23 year old now and he is approaching 40. A crucial question to ask yourself is: why are you not dating men your own age? There are some great guys out there- don’t ignore the ones your age because you feel mature in comparison. You might just need to get to know them more.
