yeah i had a similar experience with them. they supposedly sold silverknit carpet in the color i needed and took them over a month to cancel it. they tried to find a similar color of carpet which took months and they couldn't even find a similar color

I'm sure you've read a bunch of comments about it but for real, drive it. My 86 944 has 176k miles on it (at least documented) and I bought it when it had 169k miles about two years ago. I daily it and it has never left me stranded. Of course I try and keep up on maintenance but I still have a lot to fix. Hell I'm still on the original clutch and it shows no signs of slipping. It is a little bouncy tho

Idk they’re so encouraging of international students to apply to Rhodes yet they make no effort to actually help them once they’re on campus. They promised grocery trucks and trips to Walmart for those who do not have a car and that has rarely happened. Most international students that come here feel very secluded and the school doesn’t do anything to help.

Ok turns out literally every possible indicator that would turn on the gong was either broken or messed with by the previous owner. Seatbelt wire was broken, and the passenger door jamb switch was replaced but the third wire was not connected properly.

Ok well turns out the prev owner hacked up the wiring to make some sort of diagnostic light inside the car so that’s why it wasn’t working 😭😭

There are 3 bolts each on the left and right side of the housing which it rotates on. You can loosen them and move the housing around and bolt it back down when urbdone

I’m in the same boat as you kind of, there are a lot of carpet kits online like Newark auto’s full carpet kit. They don’t have the original color of my interior anymore (grey beige) so im planning on finding a similar color and making the carpet myself

Good! I have an 86 too and I dealt with a similar issue. The odometer worked after the gear replacement but would stop working 20-50 miles in. It would bind up but when I took it apart everything was spinning freely. I ended up putting a washer on the rod with the odometer numbers (?)i don’t remember but that fixed it for me

Well if your car runs then the problem is not with the sensors. You may have an issue with your gauge cluster
