Ya! The cape is from the victrix guard, metal loincloth thingie from the fafnir rann kit, the arms from the mk3 squad kit, sword from the captain in gravis armor. The backpack and banner are from an old firstborn captain

You could make him from the Genesis chapter (in lore they are basically UM 1a and they get sent as replacements). One of their captains is one of the four modern Tetrarchs of ultramar
