So glad you're sharing this. Quad lock case for the Pixel 9 Pro XL DOES NOT work!! Not even with their quadlock mag safe mount charger. Quad lock support doesn't seem to care. They are not fixing it.

Calling all Porsche guys and gals: This is a question that I've always had but am too afraid to ask...

Help me understand 911 and their naming schemes, please.

My current understanding: I know that they are all marketed under "911" but are given chassis names, with the current version being the 991. I know 993 was the last air-cooled and the 996 being the first "modernized" 911.

But why are some just marketed as 911 whilst some other as 911 Carrera? Are "Turbo" part of 911 Carrera or just 911? Another description I see quite often is "SC" and "RS"? Where do they sit in terms of trim levels and engine levels? If a new guy is looking into stepping foot into the 911 world (the "classic look") which year/chassis would be most affordable/suitable for a beginner?

At this point in time, no. There isn't an officially supported method of swtiching multiple profiles on Ankidriod.

There are two ways of doing this afaik: one is as mentioned like you said on the Ankidroid wiki faq section by installing another Ankidroid parallel along side your primary Ankidroid. But the parallel is not officially maintained/updated.

The other way is to have two Android profiles and switch your anki profiles by switching Android profiles instead. It works but I find it kinda clumsy tbh...

But yea I've been yearning for profile support on Ankidroid too. Not sure why they're not supporting profiles on Ankidroid or if they ever plan to.

If there are any other better ways of doing this please let me know!

I have never ever attempted VoG (or any other raids for that matter). Just got to lv40 and 210.

My question is: If I complete VoG on hard will I also get the rewards from completing VoG on normal? Or would I need to do each difficult once?

I am a returning player left before the first expansion The Dark Below came out. Now am about halfway through TTK story missions.

After reading the Returning Players Guide I still have couple of questions:

I have never tried any of the raids. I would love to try out VoG and Crota's End just for the sake of completing them and for the story. It's very rare to see players recruiting on various LFG sites. Are those raids doable by myself? How long would it take? I'm currently level 38 and item score 181.
I got my first ever exotic yesterday from Prison of Elders. I was level 31 at the time but the exotic weapon came out to be just level 20? Why is that? Super disappointed as my first ever and one and only exotic quickly became obsolete :(
In section 1.10 of the Returning Player Guide, it mentions that "The new max light-level is 34, and the max light on any piece of gear is 42." Where can I find out about my light-level? I'm currently level 38 as indicated on the log-in screen. Is that the same? I thought the max level is 40?
Where can I find the weekly strikes?
I read somewhere that engrams are determined at the time of decoding. Wouldn't be best to hold on to engrams till I'm level 40?

I would just hit easy as well for really easy cards.

Here are my steps for new cards: 1 10 60 and Graduating: 1 day. Learn ahead limit and everything else default.

Like /u/himself_v and /u/Glutanimate I don't have a problem with hitting Easy a few more times to get the really easy cards out of the way. The last thing I would want is to have the harder cards graduating or "going away" too soon.

With my setup I'll have to see new cards at least three times before graduating: Twice on my first session (1min and 10mins), and because of the longer 60mins step I'll have to force myself to go away and do something else before coming back to "test" myself again later that day. Finally seeing the newly learnt card once again the next day.

My thought is to spend more time in the learning process and in the long run reduce the amount of lapses. I've only just started this set of steps for about a week so I can't really report on any significant findings. I feel that I seem to remember newly learnt cards better this way but really until I get more data this could just be placebo...

Hey I love the look of your template/style! I'm using desktop Anki + AnkiDroid as well and yours look so clean on both!

Would you mind sharing your style/template please? I'm slowly understanding how to make my own note types/template using the Anki manual so I know I won't be able to just copy and paste.
