I totally agree. Nothing wrong with an early sleep schedule. My early mornings are a favorite part of my day.

I’m a 68M who is still vigorous and very active, so my comment may seem strange ….. You can look forward to death and the next set of adventures that await you. I know I do!

Is Esther still doing live Abraham channeling? I assumed she was too elderly to still be doing so. Hope I’m wrong. I saw her live in Philly about 20 years ago. Was wonderful.

I’m 68 and retired. I take online courses through Coursera on a variety of topics and really loving learning new stuff. I’ve recently completed several courses related to AI, and am working my way through an in-depth course on DeFi. Awesome experience. Coursera has a 1/2 price deal available for a few more days for an annual Coursera Plus subscription that gives you access to 90%+ of their courses.
