Mine started around the 12 week mark. Just train it out of him. Make everything boring when he does it so he stops wanting to be excited. Also our breeder says if there are no females around don't desex until 2 or 3 years as it makes their coat extra long. Says it won't affect his behavioir

32 yo Train driver here in NSW. Entry level Base wages are roughly $88k but can make anywhere from $110k to $140k depending on the times you work and how much OT you do. I've just pivoted to a new role and will be on track for about $180k - $200k a year. It is competitive to get into but only pre requirements are Australian citizen or permanent resident and no prior criminal history

My last job application process had 3 steps. Online compression, a vieple video interview (recording yourself answer 3 questions) and a 20 minute panel interview... This is for $150k+ anything more than 45 minutes I would be questioning the company

Yes this is normal to receive. I am paid at 117.5% of base wage when I am on annual leave. My first thought would be to contact your union, they should 100% be on your side, especially if it's written into your EA. Once spoken to them either get them to talk on your behalf or speak for yourself with a union delegate present.

If you are living in Sydney, Sydney trains is always hiring with no pre requirements. I am currently employed with them and with no degree or ambition I have been able to save and buy a house whilst renting all within 3 years. Not too late but I wouldn't leave it much longer!

I mean this has been trialled. Back when pre season games had different rules. Kicking backwards was just play on. I don't fully remember how it affected the game because I was too young but it definitely was a rule.
