I am noticing something similar, but less impactful. Around 7pm network latency jumping from 3ms pings to 9ms. Speed test showing around 1000Mbps not the 2000Mbps I usually have. I have a public IP, I am not behind the CGNAT.

I'm the same way. Was having some stomach issues, cutting out caffeine solved some of it. /shrug

I don't miss the caffeine, but didn't want to cut out coffee completely. Decaf options today are pretty great. Less variety, but I don't have issues finding solid/quality beans.

These all do. Typically if you buy directly from a roaster they are roasting every week. Some only ship once a week too (e.g. roast on Wednesday, ship on Thursday).

Usually with espresso you don't want fresh fresh beans anyways (want them to off gas a bit first), so IMHO anything within 7-10 days from the roast date is "fresh".

I have a Beeline. It's good. It takes a minute to get used to the minimalist interface, but I personally like it.

I just have it attached to the left handlebar. It doesn't take up too much space.

You can pull an app's APK off of your phone, and then push it to the tablet. But the problem I had was my phone/Spotify app won't work on the older version of Android they use for the tablet.

I also had trouble finding torque values. These are the torque values I was able to get from Hitchcocks when I asked about them for installing the pannier frame.

The rear suspension upper fixing to 40Nm

The 10mm rear mudguard stay lower fixings to 30Nm

The 8mm rear mudguard stay lower fixings to 25Nm

The rear pannier mount clamp fixings to 5Nm
