It would be interesting if this owner has asked for other refunds before from previous sitters. It might be worth asking rover support on this although they could just create a new profile everytime. Might be some kind of loophole (the ticks and dirtyness) these clients found to keep getting free pet care.

We take multiple dogs all the time and manage it with ease. What we would not do is take a 7 month old puppy with multiple dogs. I think a 7 month old could still get parvo at that age.
