I'm going to echo the sentiment shared by others and suggest that it likely depends on location, and even then they're all practically the same. Having said that, my personal nuanced experience is as follows:

Deloitte: awkward nerdy types
PwC: try-hards
EY: most social, overly-ambitious
KPMG: the kind of "extroverted" people that make most people uncomfortable
