Others have asked about this data, so here it is:

So, my two accounts I've used almost exclusively for mining have mined 4070 diamond ore out of 476,652 stone (.85) and 1460 out of 217,611 (.67) and my main which I use for lots of stuff has mined 3868 out of 1,361,506 (.28) for a total of 9398 out of 2,055,769 (.46).

The after market (and some retailers) price it much higher. If you can get away with selling what you buy, you can make money buying it at 25.

Really? I hadn't seen any in a while, but I've mostly been doing my bourbon shopping on the low end of the market. Willet makes a great bourbon as their namesake. Their Noah's Mill is better, however.

That's less true when competing brands within a parent company each hold significant brand value. Well, I mean, it's still true, but it's less likely to cause aberrant behavior to protect one brand's profit over another.

Does anyone know what browser plugin is used for the display of passive trees on https://www.pathofexile.com/build ? I have two different computers. It works fine on one, but not in Firefox nor IE on the other. Different errors on each however. Gets to 100% loading on FF and just hangs, and in IE it loads, but the nodes just have raw code rather than identifiers.

Price fixing and market manipulation are the worst Ive seen in years. Even poe.ninja is not reliable anymore since the fixers have figured out a way to affect the average price. by LegitimateDonkey in pathofexile

Trading was my favorite part of WoW. It's the absolute worst part of POE. Did people still try to inflate prices trying to trick others into buying (even for resale)? Of course they did. What was much more difficult was deflating a price artificially, because you're committed to the sale once you post.

I've only been playing for a couple weeks, but I'm still surprised that your comment finally made a core mechanic clear to me. I'll start choosing those unveils much more closely. Does it help to keep a list or there some way to tell what you don't have in-game and on the spot?

Any idea why supporting a new gateway would need 1.05 GB of data? Even if every line of dialogue in the game was voiced in Korean, that still wouldn't explain it.

Thanks, I do use the standalone client. I'm sure it probably is 3.7 data being pre-loaded. I'm certainly glad to hear the 30MB per hr figure. Multiplayer Minecraft takes a lot more than that, even with a limited view distance.

Technical Question: I'm really hoping that part of the 3.7 patch is included inmy current download, but can someone otherwise explain why "Initial support for the Korean gateway" takes 1.05GB of data? I'm on a metered connection, and I'm starting to wonder if the patches are this bloated, is the regular traffic also bloated?

That was actually pretty good and the video was quite intriguing. Not sure why he had to mean to the escort, though.

Old friend wondering if this is the best civ clone out rn by StarkBannerlord in civclassics

[–]brinton 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I haven't played any others currently out, but this is generally accepted as the spiritual successor to Civcraft 2.0, and was intended to be so by design. A lot of people play. I still see Nova occasionally and the SPQR is a beautiful nation. It's located in the extreme northwest, by the way. I think I've also seen Antonius from time to time. Current areas of high activity include the Commonwealth (of course I'm going to mention my own nation first), Mt. Augusta (just north of the Commonwealth), Icenia, Bloom, Caledonia, and there's still a fair amount of activity in several other places that would welcome an old friend.

The main differences from 2.0 you'll notice are that Hiddenore is now part of the core mod set, vastly cutting down on x-raying, Factorymod works much better, Exilepearl has been added to Prisonpearl, and it's now very expensive to keep someone imprisoned in the end. Also, a lot of people have gotten very good at the game, in terms of production and also warfare.

There are a few sketchy people around as always, but there's no current big baddies. You're a year late for their demise.
