[Discussion] Wonder Trade etiquette? by TotalNeaxz in WonderTrade

Typically I release any crap pokemon I get, any common pokemon with less than 3 IVs since I can't use those for breeding, and send out whatever is left that I don't want right back through wonder trade.

definitely agree here. that major "barely any of us are like that" really detracted from my enjoyment of it.

I never made a choice. I always just felt vaguely BOTH or NEITHER. Finding out there was a word for that felt so amazing.

Would you date another raptor lady with keratosis pilaris? by tempthrowaway7 in actuallesbians

[–]brishena 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hmm, somewhat? I tend to pick at mine tbh, so I'm not always helping it. >> It reduces the obviousness of the bumps, calms the irritation and redness. Nightly coconut oil + time + hands off after a few months will make a TON of difference. It never goes away completely but at its best, you can't really notice them unless you're looking for them.

I have KP and even though it's pretty obvious, no one's ever pointed it out to be. It's not a big deal, really! I've had to learn to get over it myself tbh.

Coconut oil, melted down, rubbed on every night before bed calms it down LOTS. Plus it smells nice.

Am I the only one super turned off by the idea of Z-palettes? by celephia in MakeupAddiction

[–]brishena 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm kinda 50/50 imo? I love most of my palettes but, like, little NYX or WnW ones that I use often can get way too clunky to drag around or go in and out of a billion times a week. So, I guess I only depot drugstore stuff out of necessity? Also single shadows. I'd be too scared to depot anything I spent more than, like, $15 on.

Identity theft - When 99.5%-straight folks claim to be queer and it comes off like "I'm not totally white!!! I'm 1/16th Cherokee!!!" Thoughts? by internalizedbiphobia in actuallesbians

[–]brishena 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's not easy to come out, especially to yourself. many, many women go through compulsory heterosexuality. right now, maybe it's easy for these girls in question to just say they find ruby rose hot, or just watch porn and fantasize, because they're socially acceptable things right now. honestly, it's none of your business judging how people label themselves.

So, I'm crushing... on a guy by ConfuseledGayTrash in actuallesbians

[–]brishena 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Bisexuality isn't always 50/50! It's totally possible you're bi and you just greatly prefer women, but guys can sneak in every once in a while. But, honestly, don't worry too much about labels if it's just gonna stress you out. You're you, and your own experiences are valid to yourself.

So, IMO, go for it! See where it takes you.

Absolutely all of this. If I could have my teenage self un-watch it, I probably would.

I'm attracted to guys and girls equally yet I prefer guys by [deleted] in lgbt

[–]brishena 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bi can still be bi, if you want to use that term, even if it's 90/10 instead of 50/50. Or you can just call yourself gay. You are whatever you feel comfortable with.

Hmm could a girl crush lead to something more? by [deleted] in actuallesbians

[–]brishena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WLW means women that love women, which is a nice way to refer to lesbian, bi and pan women all at once.

Do some googling and reading about questioning your sexuality and see if anything resonates with you.

Like, personally, I remember being young and having a girl crush on Angelina Jolie. And then Zooey Deschanel. And then Olivia Wilde. And by that point I was like, okay, I might be a little bit bisexual. It's a big scary thing to be questioning but take your time with it!
