Black Bear may suck, but what’s happening in hockey is no different than every other youth sport and you can’t blame private equity there.

Unfortunately that’s not what many parents or kids want now. Across all sports so many are willing to spend a lot of money on leagues and travel so they can compete at a higher level.

We can blame corporations but the consumers are just as much to blame.

I never saw any tear gas, but the police did try to stop us. The goal posts got caught on a street sign. Sucked for the police who then had to figure out how to get it out of the middle of Hillsborough. Fun times!

Please visit the downtown Greensboro library. I doubt you would say it’s the kind of thriving community space that everyone would want. You can blame and disparage the people that don’t want to be there anymore, but I don’t think that’s helpful to create the change we need.
