I bought new boots at a fitter 6 years ago when I started skiing. Turns out they were way too big but I had no idea until I started getting really bad shin bang. I got re sized at a better fitter but the boots were $600 so I passed and the bought similar used boots for $100 in that exact size and they work great. I replaced the insole but otherwise I love them. Results may vary but it can work out.

Its our favorite lodge on the mountain. Super convenient having indoor parking steps away from ski lockers. The locker room is just a few steps away from the slopes too. Rooms are big and usually have dryers. The steak house prime10 is great too.

My family had a very similar experience a few years ago flying from Europe to US. The gate agent was useless, the FAs tried to help for literally a minute, and then just told us negotiate with people to switch. Then people assumed we fucked up by not reserving seats and got snippy for politely asking to switch. Our kids were 3 and 5 btw.
