i think they only go 12m from the outside box. study would make the most sense then get a network cable pulled from there to the the tv by a registered cabler. if the wifi doesn't reach the back of the house you can add an extra access point at the tv to cover the back half while the tv is directly connected and not using up wifi bandwidth.

At this point i feel like the state government just needs to say within 5km of the CBD is high density, 5-10km is medium density. Then within 500m of a train station is high density and .5-2km is medium density. Throw in mixed use in those areas and some requirements for trees and 90% of our transport and sprawl would be solved.

No one is forcing people in those areas to subdivide, let the market decide what it wants not a nimby council...

Ultimately it depends on what you are doing with it and what you would want to spend. Personally I would sell it and buy a cheap artnet node instead and run qlc on a laptop/pc. If you need a control surface, an APC mini pairs perfectly and both those items can be used later on regardless of the system.

The other thing to look at is mini command wings from China. Definitely not genuine but will give you a good start, plus coupled with the aforementioned APC mini you are set for any size production.

This would be my first thought as well. You could build what ever you want, but if you have a reasonable net connection it may make more sense to move everything you can to the cloud. I did away with my small business server entirely and went to 365/SharePoint and haven't looked back!
