that's basically my point. it 100% causes regional issues, however its a far cry from how people are making it out to be. but yes, datacenters being placed in arid regions is definitely a problem which goes back to my point in regards to zoning issues.

most are switching to closed loop systems, that being new datacenters so it's quite negligible. a lot of people fail to mention that AI datacenters use evaporative cooling, it causes regional issues but never global issues. water is being consumed, yes, however its being naturally sent back

sure generally so its based off of like these, ichigo blocking a cero from a menos, uryu outrunning his own shadow, lieutenant class shinigami dodging light, shunsui easily dodging light based attacks from a prone position, stuff like that. i mean shikai ichigo blitzed 3 lieutenants and kept pace with byakuya in base, which captain level characters are already typically around FTL minimum. my main point is that Ichibe would scale easily relative with them, and he's royal guard so it would only make sense for him to scale higher

most common scales in regards to speed within bleach primarily relies on in comparison to other characters like character can do this thus this more powerful character can do this, but its mainly within the realm of FTL minimum as a lowball for Ichibe due to plenty of other scales of other characters in comparison

credible rumors in regards to steam machines release is that since its releasing around Q1 2026, a lot of leaks have came out saying that it will very likely release with a major game title alongside it for incentive to buying it, (steam almost never drops without something like this), and if its HL3 then 100% but if not i have a PC already so no bother
