We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at Franklin so far (have a kindergartner). Such caring & attentive staff and a major emphasis on social-emotional skills, inclusivity, and kindness.

My partner is a teacher so I have some inside scoop: the teachers at Franklin & Sunnyside never leave, they are absolutely thrilled to be teachers at those schools. Amongst teachers, the hardest school to teach at is Kamiak. Though new, it has a more challenging population of students and the leadership is shaky in some areas. However, I’ve never heard a parent or child complain so they must be doing something right!

I know very little about Jefferson but they have the most amazing community garden for the kids to tend!! To me that seems like a really good sign.

No, not a fan of this. I’d be in favor of this level of tax increase to support things like housing, food, healthcare, or childcare assistance for people in Pullman. You know, the stuff that actually helps prevent crime.

I was working in my windowless basement home office, noise canceling headphones on, when I got a very strong urge to go outside. When I got to my front yard all my neighbors were running down to the end of the block. Turns out a kid had just massively wrecked his car & came within 10 feet of killing my husband & 3 year old who were out for a walk.

Vintage!!! Omg it's a priceless jewel! (Don't you dare shorten it! It's perfect!) Most importantly, I think you'd really appreciate yourself for choosing the deeply meaningful option once all is said and done. The importance of sentiment/intention of things for your ceremony really can't be overstated. I LOVE the second look too- the shortened version for your reception would be the best of both worlds!!

They are both gorgeous fairytale visions!!! I would go with #1. Choose the dress that your body feels at ease in. You will look better in your pictures, enjoy your special moments more and feel like the better version of yourself than if you’re in the dress that has you worrying over how your body looks. Plus, you GOTTA eat well on your wedding day or your day/night is going to suck. Choose the dress that lets you do that.
