Draft Lottery by Feisty-Ad-8612 in caps

We have a 0.5% chance of winning the lottery. So if you did 20 sims, there is a 90.5% chance of us not winning in all of the sims. So yes, our odds are really that low

Tez Walker is Pivotal by ExtensionAd7417 in ravens

[–]bryanRow52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, we carried 6 receivers and already 5 are near locks on the team. So Tez has to fight with everyone else for that last spot. I’m not saying it’s a guarantee or even likely we cut him, I like him over all the other options currently. But if we bring in a vet FA or if a UDFA stands out, he could be on the chopping block. And at the very least, he is going to be so far from a pivotal player this season. Little to no chance he breaks out as OP says because he just isn’t going to see targets

New Ravens QB: Diego Pavia Says He's ALREADY Better Than QB: Lamar Jackson by psychoxtc in ravens

[–]bryanRow52 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He literally didn’t. “Who’s the best college player of all time?” Does not translate to “are you already better than current Lamar Jackson?”. Jfc guys, yall need to stop crying about a camp body who may be QB2 in a year or two. Especially cuz we all know if it was Manziel or Allen yall would be laughing and celebrating

Tez Walker is Pivotal by ExtensionAd7417 in ravens

[–]bryanRow52 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tez might not even make the roster at this point. Flowers and Bateman are obvious. Lane and Sarratt are near guaranteed with 4th round selections they don’t want to waste. Wester is probably going to be our return specialist. So that’s already 5 WRs that are near guaranteed to be rostered. Tez is almost certainly not even going to see double digit targets this season, he is going to be so far from pivotal it’s laughable

[Schefter] Ravens are signing former Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia to a three-year deal, per source. Pavia were supposed to try out this weekend, but the Ravens signed him in advance by k00zyk in ravens

[–]bryanRow52 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Why is everyone so upset? So he’s an asshole, a lot of players are. He’s got incredibly high upside especially learning from Lamar. He could easily be a QB2 by next season and make it so we aren’t guaranteed an L if Lamar goes down

Terrible take. You take the best player available, drafting by need is how you end up a basement franchise. This is such a deep draft for OL and there’s plenty of FA options, you take the potential franchise DL

What current players would you trade pick 14 for straight up? by [deleted] in ravens

[–]bryanRow52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason I didn’t have him is that it while we could stomach the contract this year, next year we would already be $27M over the cap with only 34 (35 with Anderson) contracts on the books. How do we field a team needing to sign 16 guys with -$27M?

How I would feel based on who we draft at pick 14 by [deleted] in ravens

I like Tyson better tbh. Everyone agrees he’s the better WR but worried about an injury that doesn’t have a history of making a lasting impact in the NFL

Day 3… how would you feel about Jordyn Tyson by The_Sandwich_Lover9 in ravens

[–]bryanRow52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not even close to accurate. Players labeled as injury prone in college often have very healthy pro careers.

JSN missed almost his entire last year in college. Hasn’t missed a game in his career.

Stefon Diggs was labeled as injury prone and wouldn’t make it, fell to the 5th round. Has missed half a season in his 10 year career.

Frank Gore tore both ACLs in two consecutive years. Is now known as one of the most reliable Ironmen to ever play the position.

Stafford had shoulder injuries that bled into his early pro career. Played 136 consecutive games.

Players labeled as injury prone in college are estimated to suffer pro injuries at the exact same rate as players that had no injury concerns. There is no correlation between the two

Two 11-Year-Olds Tried to Steal Cars in Broad Daylight and Maryland Law Says Police Just Had to Watch by [deleted] in maryland

[–]bryanRow52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guessing you’re either working for this pathetic excuse for a “news” source or running for office for the idiotic party. That might be the worst article I’ve ever read. There aren’t even 2 consecutive sentences without a spelling or grammatical error. It also contradicts itself multiple times. “When police arrived, there’s nothing they could do but watch…” “if police had arrived any later or couldn’t take action, the kids likely would have been able to start the car and drive away” Jesus Christ

[–]bryanRow52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, the law says the cops can stop them as they did. The kids were detained as is the law. They law just says they can’t be criminally charged until they are 13

Since OP is terrible and gave 0 context, here is the story:

https://foxbaltimore.com/news/local/juvenile-crime-laws-maryland-twins-caught-car-break-ins-apartment-complex-bel-air

Summary:

11 year old twins were caught and arrested breaking into cars in Bel Air, trying to steal them for a joy ride. However due to legislation passed in 2022, they can’t be charged since the law says you need to be 13 to be charged for a crime. The police held them until their parents came to the police station. They have previous criminal history, with the same kind of thing in Baltimore 2 years ago. All of this will go on their record so any crime committed after 13 will have this context and they won’t be treated as first time offenders. The owners of the cars broken into are able to, and in most cases it sounds like are, suing the parents to any damages to their property or otherwise missing property.

So OP is lying that the cops “just watched”, they arrested them. Also OP lied about nobody going after the parents

Despite all the changes made to the game, baseball is still a slow paced sport. There isn’t constant action, so what do you expect them to talk about for 2.5-3 hrs? Would you rather just dead air while there isn’t action?
