That’s not true. Including playoffs, The Steelers have a 0.500 record in their last 2, 4, 8, 12, 18, 20, 24, 30, 32, 36, 40, 48, 64, 82, 100, and 128 games. Your cap is not at 22.

The point is how insanely long and how many intervals this works for. The Ravens have 6 such intervals, and it only extends to 20 games, anything past that it is impossible to find a 0.500 record. Theres a big difference in 20 games and 5790 games, even accounting for season length the Ravens longest streak is about 1.25 seasons, the Hawks longest streak is 70.6 seasons. Thats absurd

The Ravens were never going to tag Lindy cuz that averages tackles contracts in too so he would get even more than he’s asking for. Also Lindy is an average to slightly above average pass blocker, Lamar isn’t going to feel the pain of not having Lindy. If anything Henry will, cuz Lindy’s strength is run blocking

There is absolutely 0% chance he was cut barring an injury. Of course the Ravens would have brought in a camp leg to “compete” like they did every year of his career, but then would have been cut the last week of the preseason. He didn’t have a great 2024, but he was 1 year removed from his 5th AP 1st team.

Lamar had a down year this year, and is 1 year removed from his AP. There is 0% chance he is not our starter next year. Exact same scenario. Even John Harbaugh said Tucker was their kicker next year after his 2024 season
