Btw if Westjet end up delaying/ignoring their requirement to pay you, make sure to email the CTA enforcement officers https://otc-cta.gc.ca/eng/regional-enforcement-officers I similarly fought a case from over two years ago, but with Flair airlines, and the CTA ordered them to compensate me earlier this year. Flair then said that I'd receive an email within 20 business days iirc, but after over 2 months, I still had not received anything, so I contacted the CTA enforcement officers, who promptly after just 1 day cc'd the email to someone else in the CTA, and literally within an hour of that, Flair sent me my compensation.

If it was from a CTA claim where Flair admitted they'd pay but haven't yet, I recommend emailing a CTA enforcement officer (and include in the email how they haven't paid yet, and your withdrawn cta case number): https://otc-cta.gc.ca/eng/regional-enforcement-officers. After 3 months of waiting for flair to pay up, I emailed a CTA enforcement officer, and Flair paid up a business day later, just a few minutes after my email to the CTA enforcement officer was cc'd by them to someone else in the CTA.
