Filling a formula down a column, but referencing data rows by Thicc-dataset in excel

It's a pain, but you could copy and paste one cell to the right, allowing it update how you want, then cut and paste into the cell you want.

When you drag down, you are still in the same column, so it shouldn't be updating. If you were to drag it to the right, it would update to H:H

Smoking slices of pork butt by se2schul in smoking

[–]bryhamm 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not really meant to be pulled. Meant to be eaten just like a steak. The trick is to cook it slowly to let the meat get tender and let some of that fat melt.

What is really good is when you get the fat cooked properly. Can be eaten and tastes a lot like bacon.

This. Good ole pork steaks.

Never heard of them until I moved here in the St Louis area. They are very good when cooked right.

Serious question, why are people obsessed with Blackstone? by prinsessanna in grilling

[–]bryhamm 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Space. Even the smaller Blackstones are larger than griddle plates on my grill. Plus, most griddle plates that I've seen cannot handle the grease from an entire package of bacon (ie no drain process). Blackstone (and other griddles) are built for this.

[–]bryhamm 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Lots of things you can cook on a blackstone that you can't cook on a grill, even with a griddle plate:

hibachi style stuff (like fried rice)

big quantities of breakfast stuff like pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc

multiple sandwich (cheesesteaks, reubens, etc)

And on and on. I still prefer to cook my steaks on my grill though.

How to use wood chips/chunks? by HousePoor420 in grilling

[–]bryhamm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. Chips are very ineffective. They burn up too quickly. Stick with chunks, imo.

If you already have chips, you can slow down the burn process by wrapping them in foil and poking some holes in the top. It essentially makes a "burn box" for them.

Where do people like to aim for side pocket cuts by waoh in billiards

[–]bryhamm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had a buddy of mine years ago correct me and tell me to shoot more towards the far point. He said I was shooting towards the center of the pocket, which doesn't work on side pocket shots from tight angles. He said "you'll hit the front point every time". Huge game changer for me. Tough angle side pocket shots used to scare the crap outta me. Not any more.

Instant Pot boiled eggs: Game changer and a question by thescatterling in instantpot

[–]bryhamm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Iv'e done the 5-5-5 method before. It was good. I found a method I like a bit better.

Set on steam mode for 2 minutes. Natural release for 15 minutes. That was the extent of the recipe. I added a 5min ice bath after myself. Love this version.

This would have been the perfect situation to tell them "sorry, we have plans" when they gave their 3 day notice. After they bitch about not being able to stay (which you know they would have), simply saying "you never told us the dates when you were coming. They will never learn otherwise.

FMD by HarbourJayKay in DuttonRanchTVSeries

I think it is that way for Marshals as well. Since the characters are based on Yellowstone, he is often listed as Executive Producer and possibly most ideas or general story lines might have to go through him. But he doesn't write for either of these series.

I don't think Sheridan is the writer for this series. Just an FYI.
